    • You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of purchase and provide screenshots or error messages to support your claim.
  2. Duplicate Purchase:
    • If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times, please contact us within 7 days for a refund of the duplicate order.
  3. Incorrect Product:
    • If you received a license key for a product you did not order, contact us immediately. We will exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost.
  4. Exceptions:
    • Refunds are not available if the license key has already been successfully activated or redeemed.
